Position Overview:
 
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Light Vehicle Mechanic to join the team on site at the Nyrstar Port Pirie plant servicing our fleet of light vehicles and forklifts. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday including an on-call roster. Ideally you would possess previous experience with forklift servicing within an industrial environment.
 
 
Qualifications:
  • A commitment to our culture of Safety First Always Works
  • A relevant Trade Qualification
  • The ability to work autonomously with problem solving and fault diagnosis
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently, and collaboratively with all key stakeholders
  • Able to adapt to varied LV / Industrial equipment repairs
  • Willing to work O.T & work on a on call roster
  • Forklift and basic electrical experience
