We are currently seeking plant operators to join our team at the Nyrstar Port Pirie Plant in full-time permanent roles under a shift work arrangement. These exciting roles based in Port Pirie, South Australia (not a FIFO position) will be part of our manual handling team working on plant equipment. Port Pirie Plant is a clean-shaven site with strict health and environmental controls and therefore we expect all operators to work under the Hazell Bros culture of Safety 1st Always Works.

We are looking for operators who have experience with any of the following machines: 

• Skid Steer
• Excavator
• Articulated Dump Truck 
• Fog Cannon
• Road Sweeper
• Water Cart
• Loaders and;
• Screener and Crushers

• A commitment to Safety 1st Always Works 
• Previous experience in plant operations
• Reliable and motivated with effective communication skills
• Experience working in a mining or heavy industry is desirable
